Case Study: Eureka Restaurant Group

Eureka Restaurant Group, a California-based chain with 26 restaurant locations throughout the state, needed an efficient online storefront to manage ordering and inventory. They also needed help modifying and updating store products on an ongoing basis.

Polished eCommerce designed the initial storefront, which features a custom rotating image carousel and custom colors that match the brand’s look and feel. Polished eCommerce also manages digital assets and product inventory for seasonal menu changes and marketing promotions common to restaurant needs.

What we’ve accomplished:

On Demand

Using Four51 technology, the platform allows individual restaurant locations to log in to their storefront and order products specific to their location. Restaurant managers are able to order frequently used items like custom pens, web-to-print business cards, hiring and training materials at their convenience, ensuring important items are always in stock.

Reducing Costs

The storefront manages menu page updates, ensuring each restaurant has the most current version of their menu page available to order. With tools like inventory reporting and print-on-demand technology, Eureka Restaurant Group has significantly reduced waste of promotional materials and saved time and costs for their restaurant chains.

Result: The restaurant chain inputs orders around 30 times a month, generating nearly $85,000 in business per year, all managed by their online storefront.
